My journey began in the Philippines, where I studied criminology and served in law enforcement in Cebu City. Those early years shaped my sense of discipline, integrity, and responsibility—qualities that have guided me through every chapter of my life. My next path took me to the open sea as a merchant mariner, navigating international waters and transporting cargo across the world. That experience taught me how to stay focused, adapt quickly, and move forward no matter how challenging the conditions.

In 2006, I immigrated to the United States in pursuit of greater opportunities. I learned English from the ground up, embraced a new culture, and built a stable career as a heavy equipment operator in one of the largest logging companies in the Northwest. Along the way, I discovered a passion for entrepreneurship and real estate. In 2022, I founded Angel REI Properties LLC, a business dedicated to helping everyday people achieve land ownership with honesty, transparency, and guided direction.

Today, I continue expanding my knowledge through online studies in full-stack web development, digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and AI-powered business systems. My goal is to grow from a land investor into a marketing expert and eventually build a full-scale marketing agency that empowers small businesses to succeed. Through every step of this journey, I carry the mindset of The Land Navigator—someone who charts new paths, guides others with clarity, and leads people toward opportunity.
